Our ophthalmic technicians and contact lens specialist's role is coordinating tasks with the doctors and providing them with all the information necessary to provide comprehensive patient care. This includes complete medical history, ophthalmic pre-testing and specialized ancillary testing when needed.
Our front desk team has the important role of coordinating your experience with our office from your first call or e-mail to your ongoing care. This includes appointment scheduling, insurance verification, billing and all of the many tasks that make our office work! They are the friendly voice on the other end of the phone and they are always eager to help you with all of your eye care needs and questions.
Ron is our ophthalmic lab technician. His important, behind-the-scenes role includes eyeglass lens fabrication. Precise measurements are made and computer-assisted equipment helps him to assure that the doctor's lens orders are produced and prescribed as intended.
